The Systems Test Engineer will support Requirements Management, Test Procedure development, and execute test procedures for Undersea Programs, contributing to the safety and security of the nation.
Responsibilities
- As a Systems Test Engineer (Undersea Programs), you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for supporting Requirements Management, Requirements Derivation/Decomposition, Test Procedure development from derived requirements, and support running developed test procedures for Undersea Programs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Agile experience preferred
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire
- Basic understanding, experience, or interest on both sides of the 'Systems V' (requirements through test)
- Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
- Creative thinker with ability to multi-task
- Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
