Our Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team is a key part of our organization, and we're looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) crew. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business outcomes and improve guest experiences.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to our Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Performance Analytics and Forecasting**: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions. Monitor agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish.
* **Measurement and Analytics**: Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports. Monitor data quality and accuracy, and collaborate with team members and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results.
* **Data Storytelling**: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data. Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners.
* **Process Execution**: Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines. Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs.
**What You'll Do**

**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst who is passionate about data analysis and storytelling. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's degree** and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
* **Familiarity with forecasting**, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
* **Proactive interest** in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
* **Strong attention to detail** and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
* **Effective communication skills** (verbal, written, and visual)
* **Desire to excel** in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
* **Experience with SQL** and R or Python
**Nice-to-Haves**
* **Solid knowledge of statistical inference** and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
* **Knowledge of data visualization best practices** and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
* **Excellent SQL skills** and fluency in R or Python
* **Ability to quickly adapt** and learn new tools and skills
* **Ability to maintain and develop relationships** with partners/clients/team members
