[Remote] Acera Associate Account Executive - NW Dallas, TX

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on improving patient lives and supporting healthcare professionals. The Acera Associate Account Executive will support the sales team by developing new accounts, expanding product usage, and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians while ensuring compliance in all activities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team within a defined geographic territory to develop new accounts and expand product usage with existing customers
• Assisting with case coverage, inventory reconciliation, and closing outstanding purchase orders in a compliant manner
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians and decision-makers across sites of care through education, demonstrations, and responsive support
• Providing accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, inventory, and territory forecasts while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher AND experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales OR High School Diploma/GED AND 3+ years of relevant sales experience
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Previous surgical or biologics experience
• Field-based time and priority management
• Clear, professional communication with clinicians and surgical staff
• Experience working in patient care settings such as operating rooms, clinics, or physician offices
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset
