Aviva Canada is a leading property and casualty insurance group, seeking Intermediate Auto Claims Advisors who are empathic and customer-focused. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers navigating the claims process, providing exceptional service while conducting investigations and determining the best course of action.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the claims process by investigating their auto collision claim and looking after their needs
- Comply to company and industry regulatory practices, delivering best practice methods and taking responsibility for your customers and claims outcomes
- Work autonomously in a digital environment
- Actively participate in ongoing training to keep up to date with best practices in claims handling
- Contribute to special projects and provide feedback to support Aviva’s ongoing initiatives to provide the outstanding customer experience
Skills
- 1-2 years Auto Claims Adjusting experience is an asset
- 1-2 years' experience in a Call Center Environment is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a digital environment and undertaking online tasks
- Genuine curiosity and inquisitive approach to making improvements to processes to create a positive customer experience
- Ability to work within and positively add to our organizational culture and values
