**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Land Product Operations, you will be responsible for:
* Executing and maintaining arenaflex's land product offerings (accommodations, vehicles, transfers, insurance, etc.)
* Setting up and maintaining land seller profiles in the visit management framework, including merchant settlement data, parent/chain connections, and stock portions, where relevant
* Setting up and maintaining all pricing and other selling rules for all direct land merchants
* Setting up design and rules for all electronically associated sellers
* Managing land product work for new destinations
* Screening land product critical weather and suggesting and setting up edge methodologies where proper
* Participating in investigating visit management framework innovation issues, and external technology associations (e.g., IBS and HotelBeds); capability as a contact with external suppliers where suitable
* Providing pricing and objective data to marketing materials
* Collaborating with Product Development group on individual seller issues requiring clarity and resolution, as well as assisting with hotel oversell circumstances
* Helping other arenaflex divisions with questions or issues related to destinations and land product offerings
* Furnishing and assisting arenaflex offices with customer resolution for land products on a case-by-case basis
* Cooperating with Product Development to create and meet yearly open for sale (OFS) schedule
* Assisting Product Activities Facilitator with lodging stock management, land reporting, and other tasks as needed
* Assisting with emergency management for catastrophic events and crisis situations
* Establishing and encouraging entrusting associations with partners at all levels
* Other duties as assigned
**Essential Capabilities**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Basic manager and effective problem solver with intelligent solutions
* Meticulous and highly organized
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Self-motivated
* Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to present to senior management
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Viewpoint
**Preferred Abilities**
* At least 2 years of travel or hospitality experience
* Knowledge of arenaflex's projects, strategies, and systems
* Knowledge of arenaflex's Reservation frameworks
* Experience with Microsoft Power BI
