What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to solicit referrals
? Create custom designs for home organization solutions based on client needs
? Set appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes
? Collaborate with the sales manager and co-owners for mentorship and guidance
? Manage your own portfolio of clients within the designated sales territory
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Excellent communication skills and consumer sales experience
? Detail-oriented with a focus on design and space planning
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Must reside within the designated sales territory
? Must be able to commute to the home office 1-4 times per month
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in sales or design is a plus
? Strong networking skills with trade associations and charitable groups
? A passion for home organization and aesthetic design
? Proven ability to develop a personal brand and client portfolio
