Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in Polish via phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product-related questions
- Accurately document and maintain records of customer interactions and solutions
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish (written and spoken)
- Intermediate to advanced level of English
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
