Best Buy Canada is seeking a Workday Developer to enhance their Workday platform. In this role, you will support development, configuration, and maintenance of the platform, while collaborating with the Technology team to improve user experience and system performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday platform
- Assist with building, testing, debugging, and deploying Workday solutions in an Agile environment
- Help support day-to-day Workday functionality and system enhancements
- Share learnings and best practices while continuously building your Workday knowledge
- Work with the Workday Support team to help resolve issues and improve system performance
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience with Workday development preferably with exposure to Workday Studio
- Workday implementation experience for modules such as HCM, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Time Tracking and Learning
- 1-2 years of hands-on backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot
- Collaborative team player who embraces continuous learning, welcomes feedback, and willingly takes on tasks to support sprint goals
