ProVision Virtual Solutions is seeking a Virtual Assistant
The successful candidate for this role will be a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable professional capable of supporting a small business leader and internal employees with a variety of administrative, operational, and client-facing tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment, and a willingness to learn new tasks with provided training.
This is a 100% Virtual/Remote Opportunity. Equipment (including a Laptop, peripherals, and an external Monitor) will be furnished by the company to perform the functions of the job.
Job Functions
- Act as a receptionist for all inbound call queues when needed, providing professional and courteous customer service.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed (training will be provided where necessary)
- Support insurance brokerage tasks as needed (training will be provided where necessary)
- Draft client communications when directed, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation of business reports or documents as needed.
- Complete all other tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 Years of relevant experience in administration support, customer service or related roles. Preferably, in a virtual environment.
- This position will accept applications from outside of the United States. Preference will be given to candidates who can work schedules in Central Standard Time, particularly from 8:00 am to 05:00 pm Monday - Friday.
