• *Technical Program Manager – AI Engineering**
We’re building a next-generation financial infrastructure platform powered by AI. Our systems automate complex financial workflows, support institutional trading environments, and power a fully integrated ecosystem for private market assets.
Our engineering organization operates **AI-native** — developers work with coding agents, automated pipelines, and AI-assisted tooling to move at exceptional speed.
That speed requires a different kind of operator.
We’re hiring a **Technical Program Manager** who sits directly between business requirements, engineering execution, and production deployment.
This is **not a traditional PM role.**
You’ll be responsible for translating business requirements into **prompt-ready engineering tickets**, coordinating execution across teams, and validating releases before they go live.
Think of the role as a blend of:
• Technical Program Manager
• Product Operations
• Engineering Project Manager
• QA / Release Validation
You will work daily with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure features ship **quickly, correctly, and safely.**
• *What you'll do**
• Translate business requirements into structured Linear tickets for AI-assisted development
• Work with engineering and design teams to clarify scope and technical requirements
• Coordinate releases across environments (dev / staging / production)
• Run smoke tests and validate system behavior before deployment
• Execute automated test suites built by engineering and QA automation teams
• Identify regressions and provide clear feedback for rapid resolution
• Improve the workflow between requirements → engineering → production
• *What we’re looking for**
• Strong technical intuition — you’re comfortable working closely with engineers
• Experience with modern development workflows and release cycles
• Ability to translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical tasks
• Experience with manual testing or QA validation
• Extremely organized with high personal ownership
This role mirrors an existing position on the team and is critical as we scale our engineering organization and increase development velocity.
