KaraMGMT is expanding and we’re looking for a Social Media Talent Scout to help identify and recruit emerging creators.
This role focuses on discovering creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube who could benefit from professional talent management and brand partnerships.
As a scout, you’ll help identify strong creators, initiate conversations, and introduce them to KaraMGMT for potential representation.
This is a commission-based role, meaning compensation is earned when creators you scout sign with KaraMGMT and generate revenue through brand partnerships.
This opportunity is ideal for people who:
