Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others via phone, email, web portal, and other channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.
- Work collaboratively with our service delivery teams to identify opportunities to improve our services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help foster an environment in which continuous improvement in business processes and services is welcomed and recognized.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- 1 year of experience in customer service, medical reception, or a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service experience)
- 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
- Knowledge of processes within one or more of the following functions: Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
- Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers to achieve departmental and corporate objectives
Preferred Qualifications:

- Medical and healthcare experience
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
