[Remote] Sales Development Representative / Account Executive (Canada)

They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative/Account Executive to drive new business, build relationships, and support the sales process in a dynamic PropTech environment. Responsibilities - Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, follow-up, networking, and relationship building - Attend trade shows, conferences, dinners, and industry events to represent ElevateOS and build connections - Build and maintain relationships with property managers, regional managers, ownership groups, and multifamily operators - Support the sales process through virtual demos, screen-sharing presentations, and follow-up communication - Help keep CRM records, sales notes, and pipeline activity organized and up to date - Assist with account management and customer communication where needed - Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies, lead generation, and conference follow-up - Contribute ideas for personal branding, social content, and creative ways to engage prospects - Learn the ElevateOS platform and clearly communicate our value proposition to prospects and clients Skills - High energy, outgoing, and naturally relationship-oriented - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Hard-working, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales career - Extremely organized with strong attention to detail - Comfortable with technology, virtual meetings, screen sharing, and learning software quickly - Confident in social settings and excited to meet people in person - Positive attitude with a polished and professional presence - Able to balance sales hustle with follow-through and responsiveness - Comfortable creating content or being part of fun, light personal brand or company-facing content is a plus - Real estate, multifamily, hospitality, or PropTech experience is a plus - Prior sales, customer success, leasing, or account management experience is a plus, but not required Company Overview - ElevateOS delivers an unparalleled lifestyle to multifamily communities.
