[Remote] Pre-Sales Consultant

The Pre-Sales Consultant will serve as a bridge between technology and prospective clients, demonstrating the Tubular Labs platform and crafting effective value propositions to advance the sales process. Responsibilities - Become a Tubular Labs platform and customer expert, demonstrating—at both a granular and high level—the value the software provides to prospects - Strategically craft effective and compelling value propositions that incorporate prospects' KPIs to advance the buying process - Manage the prospect demo and trial process in collaboration with assigned sales representatives, ensuring 100% trial success rates - Work closely with Product Management to stay current on functionalities and provide feedback based on prospect inquiries and market needs - Accurately qualify API opportunities and trial requests, presenting the product as a solution rather than a list of features - Track demo and trial-related metrics to further optimize the sales process - Ask relevant probing questions to validate business issues and frame the Tubular solution in a way that solves for these specific needs Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field - 1-3 years of Media Company, Brand, or related experience preferred - Deep understanding of and passion for social platforms and the branded video content ecosystem - Ability to interact with a broad spectrum of companies and learn about their unique business needs - Strong ability to listen to prospect needs and translate them into use cases and functionality within the platform - Comfort working in a sales environment and collaborating with sales personalities - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, start-up company dynamics - Solid understanding of the online-video and media industry - Business fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus Benefits - Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401K with company match (100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%) - Fully Paid Parental Leave - 18 weeks for birthing parents, 12 weeks for non-birthing parents - Phone and internet stipend - Wellness, learning, and coworking reimbursements - Flexible work hours - Unlimited PTO - 11 paid holidays and December holiday closure - Annual In-Person Event Company Overview - Chartbeat tools measure and monetize website visitors' attention and engagement on page content and advertising.
