This role involves building relationships with the sales team, processing contracting requests, and ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with the sales team and assist with licensing and contracting inquiries
- Process contracting requests, ensuring they comply with our carrier, provincial and company guidelines
- Review licensing documents to ensure compliance with company as well as provincial regulations
- Propose improvements for processes and technology
- Complete additional tasks related to the contracting department as assigned by your manager
Skills
- Previous experience in administration and/or contracting/licensing is required
- Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset
- Professional proficiency in French and English is a asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
- Effective problem-solving and investigative skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Approachable and professional in delivering suboptimal information via phone, and email interactions

- Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada
