[Remote] Compensation Coordinator

They are seeking a Compensation Coordinator to support the implementation and administration of various compensation programs and related activities across the organization. Responsibilities - Provide administrative support for compensation programs and annual process cycles - Support recommendations for program design and/or process improvements - Support job descriptions and the job evaluation process to ensure positions are appropriately classified and compensated - Ensures job codes, job titles, and pay grades are current and accurate - Troubleshoot any discrepancies - Coordinate annual compensation survey participation and results - Assist with facilitating HR, compensation, and performance management systems, including maintenance and process testing - Provides support to HR to ensure appropriate and accurate use of systems and tools - Support monitoring of relevant laws, regulations, and trends related to compensation practices, such as minimum wage laws, pay equity, and pay transparency - Conduct regular program audits and provide administrative support for adherence to legal requirements - Support communication of policies, programs, and changes to employees that enhance employee understanding and value - Analyze compensation data, metrics, and trends - Collaborate on reports for management and executives - Provide compliance and reporting support - Perform other related duties and participate in and/or drive other projects as assigned Skills - Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work or role, required - A minimum of 1 year of relevant Compensation work experience in Human Resources or a similar role with exposure to compensation policies and programs - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills - Recognize anomalies and critical situations; and respond appropriately - Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and maintain strict confidentiality of information at all times - Intermediate Excel knowledge and skills - Knowledge of compensation-related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Pay Act, minimum wage, pay transparency, and overtime - Exposure to Payfactors, Market Pay, or similar market pricing tool Benefits - Medical - Dental - Vision coverage - Paid time off - Disability insurance - 401(k) with company match - Life insurance - Other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages - Parental leave - Adoption assistance - Tuition assistance - Employer/partner discounts Company Overview - RRD provides a complete portfolio of marketing, packaging, print and business services to the world’s most respected brands, including 92% of the Fortune 100.
