We are recruiting an A-Player Remote Client Success Manager to join our team!
Have you worked in account management or as a CSM before and are looking to make $60k - $85k USD per year?
We are seeking a highly motivated female Client Success Manager to join our industry leading marketing agency for high-ticket coaches. Your primary focus will be building strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. The ability to work American Eastern Standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM is required.
We are partnered with some of the fastest scaling US and Canadian based high-ticket online coaches!
Here's some of the main responsibilities of the role:
- Conduct client onboarding calls and guide them through the setup process
- Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
- Address client inquiries and support requests via email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure success.
- Track and analyze client retention KPI’s and provide insights for improvement.
- Train them on sales & marketing
Requirements to apply:
- Proven experience in account management or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think strategically.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to use productivity software (CRM, Project Management, Google Sheets)
- Flexibility to work in Eastern Standard Time
OTE: $6k - $9k per month (base pay + bonuses + incentivizes)
