[Remote] Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients, including conducting sales presentations and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities - Acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients - Identifying potential clients - Conducting sales presentations - Negotiating contracts - Ensuring client satisfaction - Collaborating with the Rise team to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets Skills - Minimum 1 year experience in b2b SaaS as an AE or comparable role - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with modern sales stacks (HubSpot, SFDC, Apollo, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.) - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Self-motivated and proactive - Availability to work flexible hours as part of a start-up - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Familiarity with the web3 industry and cryptocurrency - Experience working remotely - Knowledge of compliance regulations in the digital finance space - Previous experience in Global payroll/HR, payments or other FinTech Company Overview - Rise provides crypto payroll and web3 workforce solutions to help businesses onboard, manage, and pay local and global contractors.
