We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, improving usability, and ensuring a smooth user experience before product release.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar
Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
Conduct regression, functional, and usability testing
Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
Verify bug fixes and ensure product stability across different devices and browsers
Provide detailed reports on testing progress and results
Requirements:
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and processes
Experience with manual testing (automation testing is a plus)
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana)
Ability to write clear and concise test cases
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience testing responsive web apps and/or mobile apps (iOS/Android)
Nice to Have:
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
