Portfolio Systems Analyst, Croesus Support

CIBC is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world and is seeking a Portfolio Systems Analyst for their Croesus Support team. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to support portfolio management systems, ensuring high-quality data, and coordinating issue resolution. Responsibilities - Provide genuinely caring application support to our CIBC Wood Gundy branch staff and head office team members, as well as our partners in CIBC Investor Services Inc. by investigating and answering potentially complex inquiries - Collaborate with our partners in Wealth Management Technology as well as our Wealth Application Support partners such as My Client Support, Brokerage Application Support, and WG Salesforce Support - Work with our Operations partners to ensure that issues are tracked and managed until resolved - Collaborate with Wealth360 business consultants and support team members to help ensure as seamless an experience as possible for our advisors and their teams across the applications - As a member of the greater Croesus Project Delivery & Support team, you will work in conjunction with business consultants and your senior manager to support the implementation of application fixes and improvements - You may also assist with pre- and post-implementation testing to ensure our users' satisfaction - Be a SME for the Croesus Advisor and Croesus Xpert applications, and participate as a SME during training and development sessions when required Skills - You have a bachelor's degree or diploma in business and/or information technology systems (or equivalent work experience) - You have experience in the brokerage industry and/or have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) - You can demonstrate advanced computer skills, with an excellent working knowledge of Excel - You have hands-on experience with Power BI, including building or editing dashboards, creating DAX measures, and managing data model relationships - You're also proficient with Power Automate, having created or edited flows using SharePoint/OneDrive connectors, approvals, and error handling - You can demonstrate working knowledge of financial concepts and calculations such as bond amortization, accrued income, projected income, yields, performance, etc - You have knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, options, fixed income, mutual funds, closed-end funds, structured notes, and ETFs - You can convey complex information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, and you are comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders - You're motivated to dig deep to identify problems, extract information, and perform detailed analysis - You bring your real self to work, and you live our values – trust, teamwork, and accountability Benefits - Competitive salary - Incentive pay - Banking benefits - A benefits program - Defined benefit pension plan - An employee share purchase plan - A vacation offering - Wellbeing support - MomentMakers, our social, points-based recognition program - Purpose Day; a paid day off dedicated for you to use to invest in your growth and development Company Overview - CIBC is a financial service company that offers business solutions.
