The Partner Operations Specialist supports the operational needs of the Partner Ecosystem, focusing on executing core operational tasks and maintaining data accuracy while supporting partner workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the partner onboarding application process, including intake, routing, documentation tracking, and ensuring completeness
- Support Deal Registration conversions, progression, and periodic audits
- Manage key Marketplace workflows, including private offers, bulk uploads, and incentive processes
- Maintain Salesforce data hygiene, including Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity records and recurring accuracy audits
- Manage the Partner & Impartner support alias, triaging, routing, and resolving inquiries
Skills
- 1–2+ years in partner operations, sales operations, or a related support role (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes
- Clear communicator with a service‑oriented approach to supporting partners and internal teams
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and willingness to learn partner platforms (e.g., Impartner, Tackle)
