Job Description:
• Audit, rebuild, and scale acquisition funnels for 5-10 DTC clients across beauty, fashion, food, and pet verticals.
• Structure and execute campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Work directly with our Creative team to develop winning angles, iterate on hooks, and test formats.
• Coordinate with CRO to optimize landing pages, with Retention to understand LTV and payback periods, and with Creative to align message-market fit.
• Pilot and manage affiliate programs where they make strategic sense.
• Every experiment gets documented with proper hypothesis → setup → results → learning structure.
• Own quarterly acquisition roadmaps for your client portfolio.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years hands-on experience scaling DTC brands on Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Proven track record taking brands from sub-$50K/month to $200K+ profitably
• Deep understanding of creative strategy (not just “running ads”)
• Experience with or strong interest in affiliate/partnership channels
• Obsessive about documentation, testing, and systematic learning
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from scratch
• Comfortable working with Notion
• Ability to work in US time zone (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day)
