The role involves managing lead data, supporting campaign execution, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive demand generation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and clean inbound lead lists from webinars, conferences, and digital form fills to ensure data accuracy and readiness for sales outreach
- Enhance CRM data quality to allow for high-precision email and digital ad targeting across specific scientific personas and industries
- Monitor engagement signals to discover and map emerging buying group interest within target accounts, identifying opportunities before a formal sales request is made
- Partner with the Sales Development team to provide "hot lists" and account intelligence for upcoming events and marketing campaigns
- Monitor the transition of marketing-engaged leads to the sales team, ensuring no prospect falls through the cracks and feedback loops remain open
- Extensively track account engagement, enrich contact profiles, and maintain the "source of truth" for all marketing-generated interest
- Ensure the correct accounts and contacts are targeted and captured during industry conferences and Schrödinger-led webinars
Skills
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline
- One to two years of relevant work experience; experience in marketing operations, sales development, or data management in a scientific software environment is preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and an understanding of lead-to-revenue workflows
