The Manager, Market Integration supports the market by coordinating the end-to-end interplan requirements, monitoring market performance indicators, and facilitating cross-functional alignment across shared services.
This role ensures market-specific needs are effectively integrated into enterprise processes and supports compliance, testing, and performance readiness activities.
What you'll do
Interplan Coordination
- Serve as internal point of contact for end-to-end interplan-related processing requirements, including but not limited to claims, service (member and provider), eligibility, and performance reporting, etc. Coordinate testing, certification, and documentation activities
- Partner with claims, IT, and external carrier counterparts to support alignment
- Track, mitigate and escalate risks related to interplan processing
Market Performance Monitoring
- Monitor market-specific service and claims performance metrics
- Identify trends or emerging issues impacting market clients
- Research operations workflow problems and system irregularities
- Coordinate cross-functional follow-up actions
- Maintain market risk and issue log
Cross-Functional Support
- Translate market needs into actionable requirements for shared services
- Support system validation and readiness activities
- Facilitate communication between enterprise teams and market leadership
Regulatory Support
- Partner with Compliance on market-specific requirements
- Maintain documentation supporting regulatory readiness
