Job Description:
• Answer inbound calls for multiple Law Firms with empathy and professionalism
• Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria and an understanding of personal injury cases
• Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers
• Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information
• Maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner
Requirements:
• Have 5+ years in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally in legal services
• Are an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
• Can lead conversations with empathy while maintaining control of the call
• Stay calm and focused under pressure
• Are able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Can confidently help people understand how a lawyer can best help with their situation with a soft sales approach
