At CDW, we're seeking a talented and experienced Lead Security Identity & Access Governance Engineer to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for leading the engineering design and implementation of security IAM (Identity & Access Management) solutions and services. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing and deploying security IAM solutions, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.The ideal candidate for this position is a results-driven professional with a passion for security strategy and engineering. You must have a strong background in developing and implementing IAM solutions, as well as a deep understanding of security, compliance, and governance. The successful candidate will also have exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, plus the ability to work collaboratively and independently.To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. In addition, 5+ years of experience in security engineering and implementation of IAM solutions is required. Equally important is having a thorough understanding of IAM security standards and best practices, along with the ability to develop and maintain technical documents. Familiarity with security tools such as SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk is also desired.
