Currently, RG is looking to hire an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer is an exempt customer-facing business professional that will identify the performance, skills, knowledge, information, and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and create, select and/or suggest learning experiences to fill this gap.
Additionally, the Instructional Designer:
- Designs and executes knowledge transfer initiatives for the Fleet Readiness Center (FRC), including the creation, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation.
- Designs and develops online course content tailored to meet organizational objectives and learner requirements, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
- Creates engaging and effective learning materials, such as presentations, instructional videos, and interactive exercises, to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to ensure all learning resources are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with current needs and standards.
- Assesses the effectiveness of learning and training materials by collecting feedback and analyzing data, making continuous improvements to optimize learning outcomes.
