**Job Summary**
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. You will resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of satisfaction. **Essential Qualifications**
