**About the Role**
As a key member of our Operations Group, you'll play a vital role in supporting the needs of our clients by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. This role is ideal for someone who can achieve high productivity while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines. You'll be responsible for sorting, categorizing, and scanning files in our warehouse environment, working in a fast-paced setting that requires both physical and mental stamina.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Meet daily production goals and maintain accuracy in data entry processes
* Scan a large volume of data into the system accurately while adhering to strict deadlines
* Sort, categorize, and process files in a warehouse environment, working in a fast-paced setting
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure high productivity levels
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or data entry environment
* Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods, move boxes from floor to table weighing up to 50 pounds
* English reading, writing, and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software
