**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team in Texas. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll be responsible for operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Moderate work experience within own function
* Some work is completed without established procedures
* Basic tasks are completed without review by others
* Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks
* Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry processes
* Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues and improve processes
* Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge
**Required Qualifications**
* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
* Must be 18 years of age OR older
* 1+ years of experience working in customer service
* Experience with AS400
* Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
* Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on the business need (during open enrollment period, October - February)
**Telecommuting Requirements**
* Reside within the State of TX
* Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
* Must live in a location that can receive a arenaflex approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
