We're now seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. This role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and challenge, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while driving success in our fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Job Role:** As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail * Making daily outbound phone calls to ensure seamless communication with our customers * Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team * Collaborating with our Residential Department to provide exceptional customer service and support **Schedule:** * Wednesday: In-person attendance at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break * Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break (excluding Wednesday) **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year in a similar position * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment * Familiarity with major cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) **Remote Work Requirements:** To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need to provide: * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise **Benefits and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment that supports your growth and well-being.
