Key Responsibilities

- Delivery and Execution (10%): Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure alignment and scope; review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
- Strategy and Planning (60%): Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes; cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs; lead cross-functional discovery with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams; create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams.
- Team and Stakeholder (30%): Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery; foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments; manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy.
Essential Qualifications
