**Job Summary**
We're looking for an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help us with application administration. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including data entry, customer service, and troubleshooting. If you're a fast and accurate typist with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed (u003E40 wpm)
* Provide excellent customer service to end-users, including setting up organization and user credentials
* Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
* Work closely with end-users to ensure a seamless transition to our new application
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Collaborate with our development team to build organizations and users in our new application
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent typing skills (u003E40 wpm)
* Excellent command of the English language (bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus)
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Experience with customer service and troubleshooting a plus
* Reliable internet connection required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience a plus
* Experience with application administration and data entry a plus
* Familiarity with our new application and its features a plus
