**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, electronic correspondence, and written communication
* Utilizing electronic time management systems to input time and attendance
* Maintaining status to accept telephone and electronic constituent orders and requests
* Analyzing customer communication to offer appropriate sales recommendations of products that support organizational objectives
* Inputting customer requests into database, researching and reviewing billing, product or shipping questions, and following up with constituents as necessary
* Reading and analyzing incoming e-mails and correspondence of both spiritual and business nature and responding according to written procedures
* Extracting mail and performing scanning processes as necessary
* Accepting and directing inbound calls to the appropriate department or service
* Maintaining confidentiality of all work and adhering to all company policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including phone skills
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently
* A minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
* Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
* Intermediate end-user skills with database systems to maintain client account information
* Excellent keyboarding skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Bilingual skills, with fluency in Spanish and English
* Experience with human resources skills testing, including MS Word and MS Excel
* Experience with Spanish-English translation
