**Job Summary**
As a Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you'll provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership to our customers, helping them navigate the complexities of cloud contact center solutions and migration to arenaflex's industry-leading platform. You'll work closely with our sales and business development teams to deliver proof-of-concept projects, reusable artifacts, and reference architectures that showcase the value of arenaflex's cloud contact center solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our customers transform their call centers and achieve business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide technical design and thought leadership to customers, helping them understand and implement best practices for migrating, building, and managing Amazon Connect within their arenaflex cloud environments.
* Collaborate with our sales and business development teams to deliver proof-of-concept projects, reusable artifacts, and reference architectures that showcase the value of arenaflex's cloud contact center solutions.
* Lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the arenaflex solution architect community.
* Work with our product, engineering, and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps.
* Share real-world implementation challenges and recommend new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value from use of arenaflex cloud services.
* Contribute to best practices in the form of whitepapers and playbooks.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
* 4 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
* 10 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
* Understanding of contact center operations, workflows, and key performance metrics.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
* Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
* Experience working with arenaflex technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
* In-depth understanding of contact center technologies, including cloud-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems.

* arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $118,200/year to $204,300/year, depending on location and experience.
