**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Cloud Innovations Application Stage (AP) group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in helping us develop and execute our AI strategy to take our engineer experience stage to the next level. You'll work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and apply advanced calculations to large-scale data to drive innovation and speed up application development within arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* 2+ years of overall experience in the software industry focused on ML
* Profoundly skilled in quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL with distributed stores like S3, Flash, Vector Dataset
* Experience with model arrangement for experimentation
* Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) calculations, deep learning, statistics, and large language models
* Strong understanding of transformer engineering, vector embeddings, and applying a model to solve different business problems
* Ensuring data quality through analysis, modeling by handling missing values, anomalies, assessing model performance, approving results, and interpreting the results to provide actionable recommendations
* Picking proper ML calculations, training models, and calibrating hyper-parameters to achieve the best predictive performance
* Experience with training a model or use of a pre-trained model and retraining or calibrating to custom needs
* Ability to present results of analyses in a clear and meaningful way to non-technical audiences
* Ability to distill modern AI model proficiencies to edible data for non-technical crowds
* Experience in applying ML methods in developer efficiency is a plus
**Job Description**
The Application Stage group provides frameworks, services, and developer tools to internal design teams in arenaflex to speed up their SDLC. We are working on a Generative AI-based developer experience stage for internal use and help our application development team. You will collaborate with AI engineers, Programmers, and other data scientists to deliver and deploy a start-to-finish AI-enabled solution for this stage.
