**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry and Performance Engineer, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our flight operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to optimize our performance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collect and analyze large datasets related to flight operations, including departure and landing performance, obstacle information, OEI methodology, and MEL execution penalties.
* Create and maintain SCAP (Normalized PC Airplane Performance) modules and interfaces.
* Work with external vendors to maintain organization W&B and performance frameworks.
* Provide oversight of organization Flight Tasks manuals and procedures.
* Support maintenance and flight operations in weight and balance activities.
* Create and maintain organization RNAV Visual systems.
* Maintain observation of organization route information bases and flight strategies.
* Liaise with flight team to identify areas for improving organization strategies.
* Use computer-based tools to analyze airplane performance for all phases of flight.
* Act as SME for Health examinations.
* Aid the execution of eco-friendliness measures and representation of Flight Activities in the Fuel Controlling Panel.
* Loan expertise to flight planning frameworks and offices.
* Model Allegiant's customer care guidelines in private activities and while providing guidance.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications**
* A blend of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be eligible to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Must pass a background investigation.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering, Math, Physics, or related technical field.
* Length of Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in airplane operational efficiency.
* Capability with Microsoft Office software and knowledge of C#, Visual C, Visual Basic, and FORTRAN.
* Understanding of 14 CFR Parts 25 and 121 Airplanes Performance Regulations and Requirements.
* Knowledge of A320/B737 family airplane weight and balance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in project management.
* Experience in overseeing external vendors.
* Understanding of airplane flight envelopes and abridgments per FAA AC 120-27.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* A pilot's license.
