You'll work closely with our Chief Credit Officers to develop and present key analyses and monthly recoveries outcomes to senior management. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth, identifying areas for improvement, and informing strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Support Provision, especially recoveries Forecasting & Results Analysis of our International Card portfolios, through a close partnership with Chief Credit Officers in the regions * Develop and present key analyses and monthly recoveries outcomes to senior management * Provide thought leadership in the development/enhancement of Recoveries Forecasting models, as well as strategic business analytics * Work cross-functionally on projects across the Risk Finance agency to help arenaflex meet its long-term growth targets **Required Qualifications** * Hands-on experience working on financial analytics using large datasets * Advanced Excel modeling skills and a high level of scalability in PowerPoint are required * Proficiency in SQL, Hive/Yellow Brick required; Python preferred * TM1, Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tool experience is strongly preferred * BS/MS in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science * Previous card/threat control experience and/or 1+ years of work experience preferred **Skills** * Highly motivated individual with the ability to work on ambiguous tasks, with the potential to break down and execute complex ideas * Data-driven, outcome-focused, and a fast learner * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in detail * Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts * Ability to resolve ad-hoc business issues independently and manage multiple priorities and tasks while adhering to deadlines **Considerations for Sponsorship** * Depending on factors such as business unit requirements, the nature of the role, salary, and relevant laws, arenaflex may offer visa sponsorship for certain positions **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive base salaries * Bonus incentives * 6% Company Match on retirement savings plan * A free financial training and financial health guide * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits * Flexible work arrangements and schedules with hybrid and digital options with arenaflex Flex * 20+ weeks paid parental leave for all parents, regardless of gender, provided for pregnancy, adoption, or surrogacy * Free access to international on-site wellness facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and exclusive counseling guide through our Healthy Minds program * Career development and education opportunities **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
