**About the Role**
As a Senior Analyst on our Credit & Fraud Risk Finance team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business units with fact-based, decision-driven insights and analytics. You'll work closely with our Chief Credit Officers to develop and present key analyses and monthly recoveries outcomes to senior management. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth, identifying areas for improvement, and informing strategic decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support Provision, especially recoveries Forecasting & Results Analysis of our International Card portfolios, through a close partnership with Chief Credit Officers in the regions
* Develop and present key analyses and monthly recoveries outcomes to senior management
* Provide thought leadership in the development/enhancement of Recoveries Forecasting models, as well as strategic business analytics
* Work cross-functionally on projects across the Risk Finance agency to help arenaflex meet its long-term growth targets
**Required Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience working on financial analytics using large datasets
* Advanced Excel modeling skills and a high level of scalability in PowerPoint are required
* Proficiency in SQL, Hive/Yellow Brick required; Python preferred
* TM1, Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tool experience is strongly preferred
* BS/MS in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
* Previous card/threat control experience and/or 1+ years of work experience preferred

* Data-driven, outcome-focused, and a fast learner
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in detail
