Our dedicated associates are the backbone of our organization, and we're committed to providing a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates. You will provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes.
