**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a part-time remote role. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Pre-and post-examination of client programs, vital tasks, new product launches, functional changes, and marketing campaigns to assist the business in making informed decisions.
* Investigate the execution of different pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
* Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
* Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions.
* Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth.
* Support the development and implementation of arenaflex tools to improve financial targets based on the different switches from top-line to bottom-line with continued improvement of value chain capabilities.
* Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/requirements.
* Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed and develop business case outlines.
* Any remaining related and assigned responsibilities.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of business experience in a related field, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
* Experience in management consulting or design thinking is highly desirable.
* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, including data mining and statistical analysis.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of financial and operational metrics, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis.
* Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects and priorities.
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Strong change management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects and tasks.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, macros, and SQL.
* Experience with statistical analysis software, such as R or SAS.
* Familiarity with data mining and business intelligence tools, such as Edge Minder or similar tools.
* Experience with project management or service management.
* Familiarity with SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
