**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry/Office Administrator to join our team in Pensacola, FL. As a key member of our Accounts Payable department, you will be responsible for processing construction invoices, executing daily procedures accurately and in a timely manner, and meeting deadlines. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in the processing of construction invoices, which includes data entry, sorting, photocopying, and filing
* Execute daily procedures accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with accounting policy
* Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity
* Transfer information from paper to the computer
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED
* 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably with experience in invoice coding and processing
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
