**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success by analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to support portfolio management and execution for our Line and Pay Catch product portfolio. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead monthly item execution reporting, requiring analysis from various data reports and dashboards to inform business decisions
* Lead item analysis, producing data-driven insights while utilizing data available in Large Data Stage via SQL/HQL to support drives and case ground-breaking procedures across the Line and Pay Catch portfolio
* Use data analysis to identify and address business questions; understanding key lending metrics and patterns to draw conclusions across various reports and data sources
* Collaborate closely with key partners, including Advertising, Risk, Advanced, Finance, Research, and Investigation, to create key cross-functional analysis activities and gain greater visibility into the start-to-finish Line Increment and Pay Catch information environment
* Support portfolio management efforts by actively participating in the review of start-to-finish item execution and identifying new learning experiences in collaboration with key partner groups
* Clearly communicate and present portfolio findings and recommendations supported by analysis, securing necessary buy-ins and support from leadership and partner groups
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3+ years of experience in SQL/HQL and data analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to decipher data analysis results and execution patterns to drive significant insights
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex ideas to various audiences
* Positive, self-starter with mental fortitude to drive change and innovation
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Related experience in strategy or relevant industry experience
* Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with multiple stakeholders
* Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence tools and technologies
* Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
