**Job Purpose**
As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating customer service for a mill and a customer distribution center (CDC). Your primary responsibilities will include managing LP inventory at a CDC, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, coordinating shipping and delivery of materials, and overseeing inventory management. **Responsibilities**
* Manage LP inventory at a CDC, including purchasing, inventory rotation, and forecasting to meet customer demands
* Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving
* Coordinate shipping and delivery of materials, including negotiating and quoting shipping rates to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Oversee inventory management, including analyzing trends, receiving and shipping, coordinating movement between mills and distribution centers, reporting, and paperwork
* Prepare, enter, update, and change sales orders to meet customer needs and preferences
* Work closely with customers on orders, shipping, invoicing, and technical service, including calling customers to solicit orders and provide product information
* Prepare and track invoices, purchase orders, rebates, and other accounting/customer service forms
* Prepare reports for business transactions to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
* 2-3 years of demonstrated sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
* Experience in the forest products or manufacturing industry is highly desirable, but not required
* An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities of this position is also acceptable
* Ability to accurately forecast inventory requirements according to historical demand and business forecasts
* Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping methods, including financial reporting and analysis
* Thorough knowledge of LP products, including their features, benefits, and applications
* Thorough knowledge of inventory management principles and practices, including inventory control, forecasting, and reporting
* Knowledge of shipping and transportation methods and rates, including logistics and supply chain management
**Education**
* An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required
