**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying customer/family/caregiver needs and communicating services offered
* Scheduling initial in-home clinical visits
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
* Displaying compassion and empathy in all interactions
* Adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Experience with Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
* Reside within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience working in the healthcare industry and customer retention-focused roles will give you a competitive edge in this position.
