**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our In-House team in NE Miami. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers via phone, email, or fax. Your primary goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, maximize sales productivity, and contribute to the overall optimization of our customer service operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Respond professionally to inbound calls from customers across the nation, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Accurately input customer and order information into our CRM database, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Maintain an order batch, tracking the life cycle of orders from processing to follow-up, as necessary.
• Follow up on pending payments and process payments in a timely manner.
• Verify customer information and order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
**Supervisory Responsibilities:**
This position has no supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to navigate multiple programs and customer care service tools.
• Previous experience with Great Plains (GP) is a plus.

• Using hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, and to talk and hear.
