- Partnering with other engineers to develop tools and processes that enhance efficiency and quality, contributing to the development of best practices and standards
- Guiding or leading cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion, fostering collaboration and creativity

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles and practices
- Experience supporting a live service or tool environment, with a proven track record of providing effective technical support and ensuring optimal system performance
- Unity 3D game and tool development experience, with a solid understanding of game development principles and practices
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other defect tracking software, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to track and manage issues
- iOS and Android mobile development experience, with a strong understanding of mobile development principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners and stakeholders
- A positive attitude and the ability to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous requests simultaneously, and a strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
