Job Description:
• responsible for the development and improvement of commercial processes
• supports external business development and customer development initiatives
• ensures effective information exchange and workflows exist across departments
• explores and implements streamlined and/or automated workflows and processes
• supports the planning and management of business pilots and proof of concepts
• identifies and implements continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• broad based experience in large complex organizations
• four-year bachelor’s degree program
• minimum of ten (10) years of progressive responsibility in sales, support and/or operations
• SAP and Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred
• ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
• strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills
• thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes and technology
• excellent organizational skills; attention to detail, and strong project management skills
• strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
