• Enter highly sensitive history checks into online portal.
• Frequently speak with clients and third parties via email and phone.
• Conduct investigation information from previous employers using internal database and other resources.
• Order drug test when criminal check matches client’s standards.

• This position requires the ability to perform in a team environment daily.
• The ability to think independently, research and compare information is essential.
• Ability to work onsite during schedule shift.
• Ability to multitask while utilizing multiple screens during your work day.
