Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their beauty product needs
- Offer product recommendations and beauty advice to enhance customers’ shopping experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CVS Pharmacy’s beauty products and promotions
- Utilize remote communication tools to effectively interact with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
