## Crew Member — Dunkin'
We are looking for Crew Members to join our Dunkin' team at 333 S West St, Wichita, Kansas. This role is focused on delivering great and friendly guest experiences. Crew Members prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. You will work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
### Compensation and location
Starting at $11.00 per hour. The role is based at the Wichita location above; work is onsite at the restaurant.
### What you'll do day to day
You will support a positive team environment, learn multiple tasks and interact respectfully with others. Specific day-to-day activities include:
- Work well and interact with others respectfully
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Communicate with team members
- Able to learn and execute multiple tasks
Operationally, you will:
- Provide great guest service and resolve guest issues
- Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
- Maintain clean and neat work environment
You will also help drive the restaurant’s profitability by executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives, handling POS transactions and payments with accuracy, and preparing and delivering all products according to Brand standards.
### Skills, qualifications and requirements
Candidates should be:
- Fluent in English
- Have basic computer skills
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
